Effective Monday, March 18, 2013, you must register for the conference on-site. Registration at the Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City starts at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 18. If you have questions, please contact Brittany Cameron.

 

Energy Central reserves the right to alter this program without notice or to cancel with full refund. Right to participate reserved.

 

Cancellations and Substitutions

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to Energy Central via email or fax no later than February 17, 2012. Refunds received by this date will be processed less a $150 administrative fee. Refunds may not be processed until after the completion of the conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations after February 15, 2013; the attendee will be responsible for full conference fee. No-shows will be responsible for full fee and registration fees may not be transferred to a different Energy Central event.

 

Substitutions will be processed for no fee provided substitution information is provided to Energy Central at bcameron@energycentral.com. Substitutions will be accepted up to the start of the event. If you register on-site, please note that your pass is not transferable.

 

Energy Central reserves the right to vary, postpone, or otherwise cancel an event where the occasion necessitates, at any time, for any reason. Only if Energy Central cancels the event shall you be entitled to a refund after February 15, 2013. Energy Central accepts no other liability, if, for whatever reasons, the event does not take place.
