Early Bird Registration Closes January 29, 2010.
After February 19, 2010, you may no longer register by mail or fax. After this date, you must register via phone, online or
on-site at the hotel.
Registration confirmations are emailed automatically upon registering online or upon manual entry of mail or fax registrations.

Group Discounts: For groups of five or more from the same organization, the fifth, sixth, and seventh registrants are complimentary (applies to standard registration only). In order to register

Please Note: Discounts are subject to verification and approval. No discounts can be combined.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to Energy Central via email or fax no later than
January 29, 2010. Refunds received by this date will be processed less a $150
administrative fee. Refunds may not be processed until after the completion of the conference. No refunds will
be made for cancellations after January 29, 2010; attendee will be responsible for full conference fee.
No-shows will be responsible for full fee and registration fees may not be transferred to a different Energy Central event.
Substitutions will be processed for no fee provided substitution information is provided to Energy
Central at events@energycentral.com.
Substitutions will be accepted up to the start of the event. If you register on-site, please note that your pass is not transferable.
Energy Central reserves the right to vary, postpone, or otherwise cancel an event where the occasion necessitates, at any time, for any reason. Only if Energy Central cancels the event, shall you be entitled to a refund after
January 29, 2010. Energy Central accepts no other liability, if, for whatever reasons, the event does not take place.
